AZMS Mortgage Solutions Inc. (O/A AZ Mortgage Solutions) is a licensed brokerage with Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA). License #12145.
We are part of the Mortgage Centre of Canada, which is one of Canada's most established mortgage brokerage networks. It was launched back in 1989 with over 200 franchise offices across Canada.
Our team AZMS Mortgage Solutions has won the President's Club Award between 2014-2023. The Award recognizes proactive mortgage brokerages with strong performance in closing volumes and team growth in the whole Mortgage Centre of Canada network.

Angela Zhang, Principal Broker, has been working in the mortgage industry for over 25 years.
Angela is also a Certified Financial Planner. She obtained her CFP designation back in 2002.
Angela's financial background and industry experience make her the mentor to many of the mortgage agents and brokers in our team.
Her valuable knowledge and insights played a significant role in their business success.
Between 1999-2004, Angela worked as the loan officer in CIBC Bank's National Mortgage Servicing Centre.
In 2004, Angela became licensed as Mortgage Agent and joined the broker channel
2011- Present, As Principal Broker and Owner of AZMS Mortgage Solutions Inc., Angela is managing and leading a close-knit but high-performing team of mortgage agents and brokers.
